Founded in 2006, Emergingthoughts.com is an online boutique comprised of independent designers from around the world. We scour the globe looking for emerging designers, with every item carefully handpicked by founder, Lauren Katz. We pride ourselves on being in touch withour customers--with a goal of creating a personal shopping experience.
Currently based out of New York, we are in the process of relocating our headquarters to Chicago. When she's not working full-time for Emergingthoughts.com, Lauren is interested in long distance running, playing drums and collecting vinyl records.

All orders (continental US and International) are shipped via US Postal Service. We know waiting for items to arrive is less than exciting, but please allow 4 - 9 days to receive your package if you live in the US, and 5 - 16 days if you live overseas. International orders may have additional tax/customs charge, depending on country regulations. All customers receive complimentary shipping confirmation. Please email lauren@emergingthoughts.com if you would like overnight or express shipping. If you prefer we ship your package via UPS or FedEx, please email lauren@emergingthoughts.com prior to submitting your order.
Return Policy
We will give refunds on all returns received within 30 days of the date your order is placed. Items must be new with tags. Shipping is non-refundable for returned or exchanged items, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items. If you have any problems or aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email lauren@emergingthoughts.com.
We offer exchanges and gift cards on all packages received within 60 days the date your order was shipped. Items must be new with tags. If you would like to exchange something, please email lauren@emergingthoughts.com so we can put your new item on hold.
